Riverway Holdings is a newly founded company by 3 members. Silvio Cangianni, Bryan Lanza, and Darren Lee. The 3 associates work closely for years in commercial real estate and has privately managed buildings for other investors. In 2021 they merged their buildings and are currently managing roughly $20 million in assets with over 40 tenants in place. Mainly commercial tenancies with less than a third residential. From Commercial Retail Centers, Industrial buildings, Mixed Use buildings, to Residential homes, they work closely with building owners to understand the building finances to achieve highest and best results out of the building. They analyze lease structures and future capital expenditures with budgeting. This is where their expertise in real estate comes to use. Owners and Tenants enjoy the close relationship and communication that Riverway provides. Being present on site, being transparent, and open helps nurture these relationships. Riverway Holdings currently uses up to date software allowing Owners to view accounting and all documentation at any time. Tenants can view their leases and documents along with paying rent online all using the app or online portal.

Owners can log in anytime and view all accounting and documents to there property. Also tenants will have a portal to access there leases, documents, and pay online.
